Monogrammed items are not made until you order them. Most ship approximately two weeks from the date ordered. Production time DOES NOT include shipping time.

If you have a specific deadline, PLEASE let us know before you order! We will do everything we can to meet your deadline, but cannot guarantee if we do not discuss ahead of time.

Return Policy

Each item is monogrammed specifically for you. Returns and exchanges are not accepted on any monogrammed item unless we made an error. Non-monogrammed items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt with a valid receipt for store credit. All sales final on discounted or seasonal items.
